Once you enter your email address in the HackMotion app, a sign-in link will be sent to your inbox. Once you open it (from the same device where the HackMotion app is installed), you will be automatically signed in without a password. Alternatively, you can use a password.
If you have created a HackMotion account with an external service (Google or Apple ID), press the corresponding logo. Note that external service logins will be removed in the future so you will be asked to verify an email address when signing in this way.
If the account was created by using your email address, open the HackMotion app and enter your email address to receive a sign-in link. If you are unable to sign in this way, select the password option after entering your email address, and, if necessary, press Forgot password? to reset it.
If you don't recall the email address used to create your account or encounter any other issues, please contact HackMotion support.
The data is stored for each account separately. If you notice data is missing for specific sessions, it is possible that a different account was used to collect the data. This can happen if you use multiple devices with the same sensor and have created multiple accounts.
To make sure you are signed in the same account on all devices, open the HackMotion app, go to Menu > Settings > Account information and compare the Account ID for all devices. If they are different, you are using multiple accounts, and should either sign out or delete the duplicate account, and sign back in the same account on all your devices.
If you need assistance identifying duplicate accounts, or can't find past session data in the account you used to practice, please contact HackMotion support.
You can only create new accounts by using your email address. If you have used Google or Apple ID to access your account in the past, press the corresponding logo to sign in. You may be prompted to add and verify an email address when signing in this way. Note that Google sign in is only available on Android devices, and Apple ID is only available on iOS devices. It is no longer possible to sign in using Facebook, so use your email address instead.
When signed in, you can review different sign in methods by opening the HackMotion app Menu > Settings > Account information > Login methods.
